- BusComm Incorporated, a 45 year old technology company, is currently conducting a confidential search for experienced sales professionals in the St. Louis Region. This is a Technology Software solution sales opportunity and requires previous consultative sales experience/success. The target market is Public Safety, Universities, Call Centers, Government, and larger corporations throughout Missouri.  This is an existing territory with a solid pipeline for 2017.

  • Guaranteed base salary with monthly commissions and quarterly bonus

We Need:

  • 5-7+ years of documented sales success meeting/exceeding sales goals
  • Experience with complex sales cycles of 3-18 months
  • Success closing opportunities from $50-$500k+ 
  • Some overnight travel is required (10-20%)
  • Boardroom/C-Level presentation skills are a must
  • Technical product understanding/demonstration experience

Must be highly motivated, detail oriented and confident with excellent time management and organizational skills and a passion for success.  Applicant must have advanced written and verbal communication and presentation skills.  Proficiency with MS Office and PowerPoint is required. Knowledge of a CRM database, pipeline development, and management is essential.
