In Loving Memory

Cynthia Lynne Schulze, age 66, passed away peacefully at her home in Maryland Heights, MO, surrounded by her loving family ending her final bout with cancer on Sunday, November 26, 2017. Despite the wear and tear of cancer, discouraging news, anxiety, and the many obstacles that life presented her, she fought the affliction with amazing inner strength, phenomenal sense of humor, dignity, grace and with courage.

Cynthia was born on August 20, 1951 in Mount Vernon, California. She had traits of a natural born leader and nothing was more evident than the 20 years she spent with BusComm Incorporated. She started as a secretary and rose through the ranks of becoming the President of the company.

Building a strong family bond and putting family first was always a priority in her life. She was the beloved mother of Matt (Wendi) and Becca (Allison); grandmother of Cole, Hendrix, and Greyson; sister of Mike Williams (Barb) and Scott Williams (Mark). She also applied this practice to her professional work life as she was often referred to as “Mom” within the company by many of her working staff. Cynthia’s greatest love had always been spending time with her family, travelling with her friends, mentoring our staff, caring for her cats, reading books, and the Emerald Isle in North Carolina.

Cynthia also believed that the body needed to be as strong as the mind and often participated in many sports activities. She loved playing volleyball and she even participated in several weightlifting contests and won a few medals including a Sr. Olympic gold medal at weightlifting. She also loved dancing and for many years almost every Friday afternoons she would bring out her iPhone and play 1 song of something that she heard that week that was worth dancing to and start to dance insisting that the admin and sales department dance with her. These were just a few of the memories that continues to leave a smile on our faces even after she has gone from our lives.

Cynthia will be missed by all of us at BusComm Incorporated. She will be quietly remembered and missed by each of us in our own ways. As she left for heaven, we cried and it felt like parts of our hearts were shattered and left empty; but with time, the memories of how she filled our lives with begin to fill those empty spaces in our hearts. On behalf of the entire BusComm staff, our condolences go out to her family, friends and to all those who worked closely with Cynthia throughout her life. Her legacy and wonderful memories will never be forgotten. May you rest in peace and dance your way through heaven.
